- Coffee history and culture

- Seed to cup

- Coffee specie & variety 

- How to perform cupping according to SCAA protocol

- Learn how to cup coffee and use coffee evaluation form

- Practice recognizing different coffee aromatic using Le Nezdu kit.

- Taste at least 8 different origin and  processing coffee from around the world.
