Refund & return policy

We will make a full refund your payment within 30 day after the paid product is returned, exclude all shipping cost, only if:

- Your received coffee order isn't the same as the product description,

- The coffee is damaged or not in good condition by us or courier,

-  Any error, mistake, fault flaw on the product or shipping occur from us

Otherwise, we do not accept returns, refund, change order, redirect or take responsibility for the mistake that not caused by us.

However, our priority is to ensure your satisfied experience and enjoy our coffee. We are willing to help you in anyway possible to uplift your experience incase any problem that may occur, please feel free to contact us.
