In this class you will learn how to use and control different type of filter coffee equipment

such as V60, Melita, Aeropress, Clever dripper, Cold brew

You will learn:

- Different type of brewing equipment

- Adjusting the grind for each brewing method

- Coffee extraction & brewing parameter

- How to adjust the taste according to your need

- Tasting different origin of coffee and identify it character

- Evaluating roasted bean and interpret what it mean
